Ordering and Shopping Information

How do I place my order online?

Step 1: Choose the products that you like. On each Ruby Tuesday product page there is a button that allows you to add the product you are looking at to your shopping bag.

Step 2: Check the contents of your order. When you click the ‘Add to Bag’ button, you will be directed to the ‘Your Shopping Bag’ screen to check the contents of your order. From this Screen you can increase the quantity or remove products. If you would like to add different products to your bag, click the Continue Shopping button.

Step 3: When you are done adding products to your bag, click the Checkout button.

Step 4: Complete the Checkout Process. At this stage you will either need to sign in if you are an existing customer or create a new Ruby Tuesday account.

Step 5:Then you will be asked to select delivery method and payment method. Click to complete the order when you are done.


Is the site secure?

To guarantee secure transactions and complete confidentiality, our website uses SSL encryption software. Your bank information and all information you enter on the site are automatically encrypted when your data is transferred over the network.


The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically encrypts data before it is transmitted over the network, and it can only be decrypted using a unique key once it has arrived on our server


How can I pay for my order?

Payment is accepted online using most credit and debit cards.


How do I receive special offers from Ruby Tuesday?

You can register with us and we will send you updates/offers from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will never share you email address.


How can I unsubscribe from receiving Ruby Tuesday emails?
Simply click the unsubscribe link in the newsletter email or email us at unsubscribe@rubytuesday.co.uk

Delivery Rates and Information

What is the delivery cost?

All order are delivered free of charge to the UK Mainland. Express Delivery is £6.95 per item.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will pack and post your order as soon as we possible can. Please bear in mind that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so allow 3-7 days for your parcel to arrive.

The parcel will require a signature.


How can I track my purchase?

All orders can be tracked online; once you receive your shipping confirmation email simply go online and use your tracking number to track your item.


Returns

What is your policy on returns?

We are confident that you will love your products, however, should you wish to return your order, please send it back to us within 7 days of receipt, at your own cost and we will refund the cost of the goods upon receipt.


In order to receive a refund, the products must be in their original, re-sellable condition i.e. in their original packaging with tags and unused/unworn. We will not refund for products which are soiled, used etc.

The return address is included on all invoices.


Please enclose the original receipt in the parcel. We strongly recommend you use a trusted and trackable method of delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We will not accept packages with unpaid postage. Refunds are made via the same method as the original payment.


The item I received was damaged/not what I ordered. Do I have to pay to return it?

If your goods arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods to us. Once we have received and inspected them, we will refund the cost including the cost of returning them to us, alternatively we will replace the items for you.

Established in 2006 we are an independent family owned business with a firm commitment to excellent customer service. 


We carefully chose all our stock only chose products we would love to give or receive ourselves. You will find a great selection of gifts on our site. We have beautiful traditional christening gifts, unusual wedding accessories and gifts and a range of contemporary jewellery.
